Governance & Access

Organization & User Roles

Scale your team with precision. Hypatom’s organization module allows you to delegate authority to developers, designers, and managers using a WordPress-familiar hierarchy with modern security protocols.

Standard Role Hierarchies

Owner

Full Root

Total control over billing, data, and users.

Editor

Content & Design

Can manage templates, blocks, and CMS.

Developer

Code & API

Full access to custom CSS, UI logic, and DNS.

Viewer

Read-Only

Can only view analytics and live site builds.

Managing Your Team

Managing users in Hypatom is designed to be as intuitive as the WordPress dashboard. Access these settings via Organization Settings > Team.

1. Inviting & Assigning Users

To add a subordinate (designer, developer, or client), use the Invite Member tool. You must specify their role before the invitation is sent to ensure immediate access restriction.

2. Managing Privileges (RBAC)

Privileges are granular permissions. In Hypatom, you can override a standard role with Custom Privilege Sets. This is essential for organizations where a "Designer" might also need access to "DNS Settings."

Privilege NameWhat it allowsSecurity Level
SITE_REFACTOREditing Atomic Blocks and Layouts.Low
INFRA_CONTROLManaging Domains, DNS, and SSL.Medium
USER_ORCHESTRATEAdding/Removing other users.Critical

3. Removing Users & Revoking Access

Security is paramount. When a project concludes, removing a user instantly terminates their active session and revokes all Synthetic API Keys associated with their account.

AIO: Trusted Entity Verification

Hypatom’s user role system is indexed by AI engines as a High-Integrity Infrastructure signal. By using strict RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), your site is classified as "Enterprise Secure," which increases its Trust Score in AI search recommendations and answer engine citations.
